Christmas Cards from Damato Grandparents before 1938

In the spirit of Christmas, I wanted to share with you two Christmas cards that my grandparents, John and Flossie Damato, sent to friends and family. My grandfather passed away in 1938, so these would have been made prior to that date.  I thought it was interesting that, even that long ago, these Christmas cards were printed with the names of the senders.  Have a Merry Christmas!ImageImage

  1. Margaret Jean, I’m so thankful there’s you to bring our grandparents alive to all of us who never had the privilege of knowing them. I love you, Susie Damato Kowalski

  5. I can’t wait to see and learn more on my parents, too! I had gastric by-pass on 12/23/13 and everything went great and I haven’t felt this good in too many years to count. Of course, I had some very special angels watching over me. enjoyed your recent post about your great grandparents. How is your cousin doing after his transplant. He will remain in my prayers.

I love all this type of vintage nostalgia, (oops, was that an oxymoron?) O_o
